With the on-going health crisis in the Philippines, academic institutions have relied on the internet as an alternative to continue the learning of the students and though it has become central to their academic journey, it has also greatly increased their adjustments and concerns.

𝑶𝑺𝑨 𝑺𝒕𝒖𝒅𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝑫𝒊𝒔𝒄𝒊𝒑𝒍𝒊𝒏𝒆 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑮𝒓𝒊𝒆𝒗𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒆 𝑼𝒏𝒊𝒕 seeks to provide an online platform and lend an ear to students concerns.
𝑊𝑎𝑔 𝑚𝑜𝑛𝑔 𝑖𝑠𝑖𝑝𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑛𝑎𝑔-𝑖𝑖𝑠𝑎 𝑘𝑎, 𝑠𝑎 𝐶𝑀𝑈-𝑂𝑆𝐴 𝑚𝑎𝑦 𝑘𝑎𝑝𝑎𝑚𝑖𝑙𝑦𝑎 𝑘𝑎.

The “𝑬-𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒑𝒍𝒂𝒊𝒏𝒕” is established as part of the New Normal Service which conforms to new services standards and in effect will reach out to students remotely.
All enrolled CMU Students are encouraged to address their concerns or complaints by following the flow of OSA Student Discipline and Grievance Online Service.
