Minimum Qualifications:
1. Preferably with a Master’s Degree in Development Communication/related field;
2. Must have an outstanding scholastic record;
3. Preferably with training/experience in media and information literacy, intercultural communication, photography, communication theory among others;
4. Must be willing to serve beyond office hours or when needs arise; and
5. Trained in flexible learning
REQUIREMENTS:

2. Transcript of records (TOR);
3. Certificate of seminars and workshops attended/participated;
4. Certificate of employment from past/current (if applicable); and
5. Result of neuropsychiatric examination (Dr. Jose J. Coruna, Sr. ofSacred Heart Neuropsychiatric Screening Center, Cagayan de Oro City)
