There will be special Central Mindanao University College Admission Tests (CMUCAT) & University Laboratory High School Admission Tests (ULHSAT) on May 7, 2022.

Requirements:
- Vaccination card
- Duly filled out and signed the application form.

β’ Signed by Student and Guidance Counselor or School Principal - 2 pcs 1×1 ID picture
- Ballpen (blue/black ink)
- Facemask and Alcohol
- School ID (if available)
For ULHSAT: Pay 200.00 pesos for the testing fee at the CMU Cashier’s Office.
π‘πΌππ²: Submission of the filled-out application form and approval of the Board will be during the examination schedule at the University Convention Center (UCC) during the exam.
