CMU inks partnership with DOrSU

Central Mindanao University and Davao Oriental State University (DOrSU) sealed their partnership through the Memorandum of Agreement Signing Ceremony held at the CMU Office of the President Conference Room on July 31.

CMU and DOrSU will have an exchange of expertise to conduct an impact assessment and evaluation of various extension curricular programs. As stated in the MOA, both parties shall coordinate with each other in the design, conduct, monitoring, and evaluation of such a project or activity.

In addition, DOrSU will provide and conduct related activities, such as training and seminars, necessary for impact assessment and evaluation. At the same time, CMU will ensure the attendance or participation of its target constituents.

The MOA signing ceremony was attended by personnel from DOrSU led by Dr. Roy G. Ponce, University President; Dr. Misael B. Clapano, Vice President for Research Innovation and Extension; Dr. Mary Fil M. Bauyot, Extension Director; Prof. Jhonnel P. Vellagas, Director for Research; and Dr. Romeo J. Redullas, Director for Quality Assurance Office.

Also attending from CMU were Dr. Rolito G. Eballe, University President; Prof. Hermie P. Pava, VP for Administration; Dr. Reynaldo Intong, VP for Resource Generation Management Office; Dr. Estrella Y. Dacillo, Extension Director; and Dr. Lucerne M. Razalo, CMU Press Director.

Moreover, the Impact Assessment on Central Mindanao University Extension Project Leader, Dr. Mary Joy S. Bacus, and the project collaborators, faculty from the College of Agriculture and College of Business and Management, and staff of the extension office attended the MOA signing ceremony.
