“Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 38 dated October 27, 2023 issued by the Executive Secretary, the University adopts the 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗵𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗺𝗲 𝗼𝗻 𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟯𝟭, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟯.”
“Units in the University whose functions involve the delivery of basic and health services, security, preparedness/response to disaster and calamities, and/or the performance of other vital services shall continue with their operations and render the necessary services.”
