Job Description:
Responsible for maintaining the operation of computer laboratories such as
hardware/software installation, repairs, and must be properly and completely installed based on
the requirements, conduct hardware and software inventory, network maintenance and
troubleshooting, active directory user management, regular laboratory cleaning and sweeping,
providing technical assistance to students and faculty using computer laboratories.

Qualifications:
 At least a senior high school graduate with work experience as a service technician
 Preferably with CSS NCII certification
 Proficient in using MS Office Suite (MS Word, MS Excel, etc.)
 Basic knowledge of Windows Server User Active Directory management and server
roles
 Knowledge of LAN/WAN network configuration and troubleshooting, computer assembly
and installation, backup and reformatting, and software installations
