CMU Accreditation Status

INSTITUTIONAL ACCREDITATION

External evaluation is one important mechanism for continuous growth. Hence, the university subjects itself to AACCUP, which evaluates curricular programs of state universities and colleges in the Philippines. In 2019, the University underwent level II and level IV re-accreditation process by the Accrediting Agency of Chartered Colleges and Universities in the Philippines (AACCUP). The accreditation survey visit was carried out by the team of AACCUP accreditors on October 6-12, 2019, and November 4-9, 2019. At present, 88.05 % or 59 of the 67 (excluding the two newly offered programs, namely BS Physics and BS Accounting Technology) university programs have been accredited. These include 27 undergraduate programs, 11 for level II, 15 for level III.
